Build the first version of your product.
Small, real, and in your hands in weeks.

You have an idea for a product or a tool. You don't have a tech team. You don't need a big build to find out if it works. We build the smallest version that proves the idea.

A paragraph about your idea is enough to start.

## What an MVP is (and isn't)

An MVP is the smallest product that proves your idea. People can sign in, use it, and put real data in it.

is
  • Real login, real data
  • Real users using it
  • Enough to learn from
isn't
  • A pitch deck
  • A clickable mockup
  • The full product

The point is to learn from real users before you spend on everything else. Part of our job is telling you what not to build yet.

## Who it's for

  • Founders with an idea and no CTO. You know the problem. We handle the software.
  • Small businesses with 2 to 50 staff that need a custom tool their off-the-shelf apps can't handle.
  • Teams running on spreadsheets that are ready for a real system.

You don't need to be technical.

## How it works

  1. Tell us the idea. A paragraph or a call. Scoping is free.
  2. A one-page scope. What's in, what's not yet, and what we'll learn from launch.
  3. Build in weekly steps. You get a working version early and a new increment each week. No big reveal at the end.
  4. Deploy to your own accounts. Hosting, domain and database are set up in your name from the start.
  5. Handover. You get a README and a runbook, so your next developer isn't starting from zero.

## Timeline and stack

A typical first version takes 4 to 8 weeks. The scope sets the real number before we start.

Boring, proven tools your next developer can maintain. Usually TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and the major LLM APIs.

your-app/├── README.md # how to run it
├── RUNBOOK.md # what to do when it breaks
├── src/ # TypeScript / Python
├── db/ # Postgres

## What it costs

It's priced per scoped phase. You see the number before we start building.

## Who you'll work with

Arnold Gamboa, founder of Arwen Digital

Arnold Gamboa. Arwen Digital is Manila-based, and Arnold answers your email himself. No account managers, no ticket queue.

Arnold has been building software for 25 years.

## Questions

How long does an MVP take?

Usually 4 to 8 weeks for a first version. The scope sets the real number before we start.

What does it cost?

It's priced per scoped phase. You see the number before we start building.

Who owns the code?

Ownership and licensing are agreed in writing per engagement, before work starts. By default, you own the code and the accounts. We keep the rights to our own reusable components.

Do I need to be technical?

No. A paragraph describing the idea is enough to start.

Can you build a mobile app?

Yes. We build cross-platform mobile apps.

What happens after launch?

We offer ongoing support after launch. The details are agreed together when we scope the work.

Can you add AI to my product?

Yes, where it does real work: drafting, sorting and search, with a person approving the output. See AI automation.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share details.

Got an idea?
A paragraph is enough.

Describe your idea in a paragraph. We'll tell you what the first version should be, and what can wait.
