AI automation for small businesses.
Hand off the work that eats your week.

You don't need an AI strategy. You need the repetitive work off your desk and running properly. We start with one workflow and automate it. A person stays in charge of anything that matters.

What we automate.
Plain examples.

If your task isn't on this list, describe it in a paragraph. That's enough for us to tell you if it's a good first project.

Email and website inquiries

arwen automate --inquiries

The AI drafts answers to the questions you get every day (price, location, schedule, availability). You or your staff approve before anything goes out.

Lead follow-up

arwen automate --follow-up

New inquiries get logged and a follow-up gets drafted, so nobody falls through the cracks.

Quotes and invoices

arwen automate --quotes --invoices

Details from an inquiry or an email go into a draft quote or invoice. A person checks it and sends it.

Daily sales reports

arwen automate --daily-report

Numbers from your sheets or system get pulled into one short report at the end of the day.

Document filing

arwen automate --filing

Receipts, invoices and forms get read, named and saved in the right folder.

## Who it's for

Owners with 2 to 50 staff and no tech team. You know where the hours go. You don't have time to learn five tools to fix it.

We work with any small business: clinics, online shops, real estate brokers, service businesses, and more. You don't need to be technical.

## How it works

  1. A call. You tell us about the task that eats your week. It's free and takes 30 minutes.
  2. Scope one workflow. We write one page: what it does, who checks it, and what we're not building yet. Scoping is free.
  3. Build in weekly steps. You get a working version early and a new increment each week. No big reveal at the end.
  4. Handover and training. You get plain-language docs and a walkthrough for the people who'll use it.
  5. Support. Ongoing support after launch, with the terms agreed when we scope the project.

Typical timeline for a first workflow: about one week.

## What it costs

Every project is priced per scoped phase. You see the number before we start building.

You'll also pay separately for the tools the automation runs on, like AI usage and app subscriptions. We tell you those costs up front.

## What AI shouldn't do

AI is good at drafts, sorting and copying data between places. It still makes mistakes, so some jobs stay with people.

ai does
  • Drafts replies and quotes
  • Sorts and files
  • Copies data between apps
  • Pulls reports together
a person does
  • Payments: AI prepares the invoice, a person sends it
  • Refunds, discounts, contracts
  • Medical records, IDs, financial details

We build the approval step in on purpose. It's how you stay in charge of your own business, and how mistakes get caught before a customer sees them.

## Why Arwen

Arnold Gamboa, founder of Arwen Digital

Arwen Digital is run by Arnold Gamboa. He builds his own products, including YouPastor, and pastors LifeCity Church. He's been building software for 25 years.

We bring engineering habits to small-business problems: scope it, test it, write it down. And Arnold answers your email himself. Based in Manila, Philippines.

## Questions

Is my data safe? What about the Data Privacy Act?

Your data stays in your own Google Workspace. We don't keep copies. That's how we handle client data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Which tools do you work with?

Whatever you already use, as long as it can be connected. For example: Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Gmail, Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, HubSpot, Slack and Zapier.

What happens if it breaks?

Every handover includes a runbook: what to do when something stops working. We offer ongoing support after launch, with the terms agreed at scoping. If something breaks, Arnold fixes it himself, usually within one business day.

Who owns the automation?

By default, you own the code and the accounts it runs on, set up in your name. We keep the rights to our reusable components. It's all in writing before work starts.

Do I need a contract?

Terms are agreed when we scope the project. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share details.

Building a product instead? That's our other core offer: MVP development.

Start with one task.
A paragraph is enough.

Write a paragraph about the task that eats your week. You'll get a straight answer on whether it's worth automating first.
