## Who runs it

The habits behind Arwen are simple: scope the work, test it, write it down, hand it over.

He also builds his own products, including YouPastor, a desktop app that helps pastors prepare sermons. And he pastors LifeCity Church.

I have spent 25 years making technology useful. I have built automation for clients across different business environments. A system only matters if it holds up in real work: it has to be reliable, handle exceptions, protect sensitive access, and stay understandable.

I still work that way. I learn how a place actually runs, I build what it needs, and I stay close to it after it is live. That has been true in client work, in leading engineering teams, and now in AI for Real Work.

## How we work

1. One boring workflow first. We don't start with a big AI plan. We start with the task that eats your week, and we make that one run.
2. The workflow matters more than the tool. We pick tools after we understand the work. We choose what fits and what your team can keep running.
3. People approve what matters. AI drafts, sorts and copies data. A person approves anything that touches money, customers or production. That approval step is part of the design.
4. You get it in writing. Every project starts with a one-page scope and ends with docs and a runbook your team can follow.
