## The problem

YouPastor is AI sermon prep software for pastors—helping you brainstorm sermons, research Bible passages, draft church communication, create social media content, and carry context from Sunday into the rest of the week. Arnold pastors a church himself, so he built the tool for the weekly work he knows.

## What we built

What's visible on the live site:

  • Five connected workspaces: Sermon Prep (passage → angles → research → outline), Communication (emails, announcement scripts, pastoral letters), Repurposing (small-group questions, blog drafts, video scripts, devotionals), Social Media (a 7-day content calendar mapped to the sermon series) and Pastoral Rhythm (meeting agendas, devotional prompts, leadership notes)
  • A Notebook and Series Planner that carry sermon context across the week ("One series. Five workspaces. Zero context loss.")
  • A conversational Sermon Brainstorm with "Save to Notebook"
  • Free web tools: a sermon outline generator, a sermon prep planner, a series planner and a small group questions generator
  • Workflow guide pages, a blog, an FAQ and a resources section

## Where humans stay in the loop

This is the core of the product, and the site says it outright: "Human-in-the-loop", "Theological guardrails", "You stay the pastor. It stays the tool." The site also says it "is not a chatbot".

Nothing becomes a sermon, email or small group guide until the pastor reviews, shapes and approves it. We use the same rule in business automations. AI drafts. A person approves.

Could this work for you?
AI drafts. A person approves.

Does your team spend hours turning one piece of work into many? Describe it in a paragraph. You'll get a straight answer on what to automate first.
